  • If in breach of this clause the Customer does use lines supplied by TTL for the carriage of calls charged for by another supplier the Customer shall be deemed to be in breach of the Contract for the supply of Fixed Network Services and at TTL' option the Customer shall be deemed to have terminated the Contract for Fixed Network Services in breach of contract and the provisions of this clause 5.18 shall apply.
