In such event, the terms and conditions of each separate management agreement shall be the same as this Agreement, except Total Revenues, Operating Expenses, Fixed Operating Expenses, Operating Profit and Operating Deficit shall be computed only with respect to the Facilities subject to each separate management agreement.
