Examples of Fixed Operating Fee in a sentence

  • The Total Capacity Fees shall be the sum of the Capital Recovery Fee, the Fixed Operating Fee, the Infrastructure Fee and the Service Fee.

  • From and after the Effective Date until the Commercial Operation Date for the first Phase, Owner shall pay to Operator a Fixed Operating Fee of $[●]1.
