Fixed Rate Spread definition

Fixed Rate Spread means 0,00% per annum or such other percentage amount as Party A may notify to Party B and the Note Trustee in writing from time to time in accordance with paragraph 6 of this Confirmation.
Fixed Rate Spread means [0.47] per cent. per annum.
