Notwithstanding the foregoing, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s obligation to pay Fixed Rent and Additional Rent shall be equitably adjusted or abated during the period (if any) during which Tenant is not reasonably able to use the Premises or an applicable portion thereof as a result of such casualty.
