The Timeshare Property underlying such Loan is an interest in real property consisting of either a Fixed Week or a UDI, and (except for a Timeshare Property that is a Green Timeshare Property) such Timeshare Property has been deeded to a Nominee or has been deeded to the related Obligor in accordance with the requirements of the related Loan and applicable law.
