Fixing Level definition

Fixing Level means (i) in respect of a Commodity Index, the Fixing Level specified in the applicable Product Terms and Conditions or, if not so specified, the official closing price or level of such Com- modity Index and (ii) in respect of a Commodity for purposes of determining a relevant level of the Underlying the following unless otherwise defined in the Product Terms and Conditions:

Fixing Level means, in relation to a Fixing Datej and subject to the Conditions, the official closing level of the Index on such date as calculated and published by the relevant Index Sponsor.
