Flexibility Table definition

Flexibility Table shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.

  • All reschedules or quantity increases outside of the Flexibility Table require Flextronics’s approval, which, in its sole discretion, may or may not be granted.

  • Any decrease in quantity is considered a cancellation (a “Quantity Cancellation”), unless the decreased quantity is rescheduled for delivery at a later date in accordance with the Flexibility Table.

  • If Flextronics agrees to accept a reschedule to pull in a delivery date or an increase in quantities in excess of the Flexibility Table, and if there are extra costs to meet such reschedule or increase, then Customer shall be liable for such extra costs.

  • If BreconRidge agrees to accept a reschedule to advance a delivery date or an increase in quantities in excess of the Flexibility Table in subsection (a) and if there are extra costs to meet such reschedule or increase, BreconRidge will inform Customer and obtain its acceptance and approval in advance.

  • Flextronics shall ensure that it can accommodate the quantity levels set fourth in the Flexibility Table.

  • 2001 CSO Mortality Table means that mortality table, consisting of separate rates of mortality for male and female lives, developed by the American Academy of Actuaries CSO Task Force from the valuation basic mortality table developed by the Society of Actuaries Individual Life Insurance Valuation Mortal- ity Task Force, and adopted by the NAIC in December 2002. The 2001 CSO mortality table is included in the Proceedings of the NAIC (2nd Quarter 2002) and is supplemented by the 2001 CSO preferred class structure mortality table and may be obtained from the office. Unless the context indicates otherwise, the “2001 CSO mortality table” includes both the ultimate form of that table and the select and ultimate form of that table and includes both the smoker and nonsmoker mortality tables and the composite mor- tality tables. It also includes both the age−nearest−birthday and age−last−birthday bases of the mortality tables.

  • Composite mortality tables means mortality tables with rates of mortality that do not distinguish between smokers and nonsmokers.

  • Water table means the upper surface of a zone of saturation, where the body of ground water is not confined by an overlying impermeable zone.

  • Short-Term Payout means the payout set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Semi-annual (2/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done during the months of June and December, unless specifically identified otherwise.
