Floating Rate Amount definition

Floating Rate Amount means the amount that the Option Writer is required to pay to the Option Purchaser on exercise of the Interest Rate Option depending on the Notional Amount and the Floating Rate.
Floating Rate Amount means, in relation to any Special Rate Advance and any Interest Period, the amount of interest (excluding Margin and Mandatory Costs) that would have been payable on the principal amount of such Special Rate Advance on the relevant Interest Payment Date if interest were to accrue on the basis of LIBOR (and not at the Special Rate) on such Special Rate Advance, such amount being calculated by the Facility Agent in accordance with Clause 8.1 (Calculation of interest).
Floating Rate Amount means, in respect of an Interest Period, an amount (which may be a positive or negative amount) equal to the Deposit Interest Amount with respect to that Interest Period.

Floating Rate Amount means, in respect of each Class of Notes, the floating rate payments payable under (i) the relevant Principal Protection Swap by the Swap Counterparty to the Issuer on or before the relevant Maturity Date and (ii) the relevant Portfolio Return Swap by the Issuer to the Swap Counterparty on or before the relevant Maturity Date.
