Floating Rate Component definition

Floating Rate Component means the Floating Rate Note.
Floating Rate Component shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Floating Rate Component means Component A-2-FL.

  • Borrower hereby agrees promptly to pay Lender, upon demand, any additional amounts necessary to compensate Lender for any reasonable, third party out-of-pocket costs (other than taxes) incurred by Lender in making any conversion in accordance with this Agreement, including, without limitation, any interest or fees payable by Lender to lenders of funds obtained by it in order to make or maintain the Floating Rate Component hereunder.

  • Interest on the Floating Rate Component shall be computed on the basis of a 360 day year and the actual number of days in the applicable Interest Accrual Period.

  • CB Floating Rate means the Prime Rate; provided that the CB Floating Rate shall never be less than the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day). Any change in the CB Floating Rate due to a change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the Prime Rate or the Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate, respectively.

  • Floating Rate Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.
