Floating Rate Remarketing Date definition

Floating Rate Remarketing Date means September 16, 2002 in the event that the Company has elected to exercise its Floating Period Option.
Floating Rate Remarketing Date means July 1, 2003 in the event the Company has elected to exercise its Floating Period Option.
Floating Rate Remarketing Date means December 15, 2002 in the event we have elected to exercise our Floating Period Option.
