Flow Date definition

Flow Date means a calendar day that corresponds to a contract day and will serve as the reference day for determining the Floating Price.
Flow Date means a calendar date that corresponds to a published price used for determining the Floating Price.
Flow Date has the meaning set out in Article 2.2.1.

Examples of Flow Date in a sentence

  • For purposes hereof, a Flow Date shall refer to the twenty four (24) hour period ending at 8:00 a.m. CPT on the calendar day immediately following such Flow Date (e.g., the Flow Date for January 2, 2006 is the 24 hour period starting at 8:00 a.m. CPT on January 2, 2006 and ending at 8:00 a.m. CPT on January 3, 2006).

  • At any time within three (3) years after the initial flow of Gas (the “Initial Flow Date”) on the Shipper, Installed Asset, Gatherer will have the option to purchase the Shipper Installed Asset for a purchase price equal to the total capital cost paid by Shipper for the construction of such Shipper Installed Asset plus simple interest on the amounts paid at the per annum rate equal to twelve percent (12%) from the Initial Flow Date through the date of purchase.

  • On the Invoice Date (as indicated on Exhibit H) for each Prepaid Flow Date, Supplier shall provide to Coffeyville an invoice for the Crude Oil volume that is expected to be delivered to Coffeyville on that Prepaid Flow Date, based on the delivery quantities forecasted for that day in the relevant Monthly Delivery Schedule.

  • If Buyer notified Sellers in accordance with Article 6.4.10 that the Increase Date will be the Actual Increase Date and the Additional Flow Date has not occurred (except due to circumstances in which the Sellers were relieved from liability for reasons of Force Majeure or Article 6.

  • With effect from the Additional Flow Date to be established in accordance with this Article 6.4, (but subject to any intervening occurrence of a Price Control Event) the MaxHQ will be so increased to (**) MMBTU together with the corresponding increase of the DCQ to (**) MMBTU), all in accordance with and subject to the provisions of this Article 6.4.

Flow Date means a calendar day that corresponds to a contract day and will serve as the reference day for determining the Floating Price. "Publication Date" shall mean the date that Platts Gas Daily publishes the Midpoint price for the Flow Date that corresponds to the contract day.

  • Operational Date means the date on which a union school district

  • Excess Cash Flow Interim Period means, (x) during any Excess Cash Flow Period, any one, two, or three-quarter period (a) commencing on the later of (i) the end of the immediately preceding Excess Cash Flow Period and (ii) if applicable, the end of any prior Excess Cash Flow Interim Period occurring during the same Excess Cash Flow Period and (b) ending on the last day of the most recently ended fiscal quarter (other than the last day of the fiscal year) during such Excess Cash Flow Period for which financial statements are available and (y) during the period from the Closing Date until the beginning of the first Excess Cash Flow Period, any period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the last day of the most recently ended fiscal quarter for which financial statements are available.

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • Hire Date has the meaning given to it in Section 2.6(a).

  • Excess Cash Flow Period means each fiscal year of the Borrower, commencing with the fiscal year of the Borrower ending on December 31, 2016.
