FTTH Loop definition

FTTH Loop means a Local Loop consisting entirely of fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, and serving an end-user’s customer premises or, in the case of predominantly residential MDUs, a fiber optic cable, whether dark or lit, that extends to the multiunit premises’ MPOE.

  • Sprint will not provide non-discriminatory access to FTTH Loop or FTTC Loop on an unbundled basis when Sprint has deployed a FTTH Loop or a FTTC Loop to a residential unit that was not previously served by any loop facility.

  • Embarq will not provide non-discriminatory access to FTTH Loop or a FTTC Loop on an unbundled basis when Embarq has deployed a FTTH or FTTC Loop to an end-user customer premise that previously has not been served by any loop facility.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement or any Verizon tariff or SGAT, AT&T shall not be entitled to obtain nondiscriminatory access to a FTTH Loop on an unbundled basis where Verizon has deployed such a Loop to an end user’s customer premises that previously has not been served by any Verizon Loop.

  • Sprint will not provide non-discriminatory access to FTTH Loop or a FTTC Loop on an unbundled basis when Sprint has deployed a FTTH or FTTC Loop to an end-user customer premise that previously has not been served by any loop facility.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement or any Verizon tariff or SGAT, Cypress shall not be entitled to obtain access to a FTTH Loop (or any segment thereof) on an unbundled basis where Verizon has deployed such a Loop to an end user’s customer premises that previously was not served by any Verizon Loop.

  • A distribution facility in Verizon’s network, other than in a FTTH Loop, between the minimum point of entry (“MPOE”) at a multiunit premises where an end user customer is located and the Demarcation Point for such facility, that is owned and controlled by Verizon.

  • Any portion of a Loop, other than a FTTH Loop, that is technically feasible to access at a terminal in Verizon’s outside plant at or near a multiunit premises.

  • Copper Loop is a stand-alone local loop comprised entirely of copper wire or cable. Copper Loops include two-wire and four-wire analog voice-grade copper Loops, digital copper Loops (e.g., DS0s and integrated services digital network lines), as well as two-wire and four-wire copper Loops conditioned to transmit the digital signals needed to provide digital subscriber line services, regardless of whether the copper Loops are in service or held as spares. The copper Loop includes attached electronics using time division multiplexing technology, but does not include packet switching capabilities.

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
