Fuel Cell Stack Module means those components manufactured by FCE, which comprise the fuel cell stack itself, including the stack enclosure vessel, the fuel cell stack and its supporting hardware, including individual fuel cells and cell assemblies, anodes, cathodes, current collector plates, matrixes, manifolds, instrumentation, assembly and compression hardware and/or the stack enclosure vessel.

  • POSCO Power may engage one or more POSCO Affiliates and independent third parties to perform Fuel Cell Stack Module Manufacturing in Korea upon completion of the transfer of the Module Component and NRC technology, subject to completion of the activities described in Sections 2.9(a) and 2.9(b) hereunder.

  • If POSCO Power opens a Fuel Cell Stack Module or allows a Fuel Cell Stack Module to be opened pursuant to this Section, POSCO Power shall limit such intrusion into the Fuel Cell Stack Module as narrowly as possible, and treat any information learned thereby as confidential information in accordance with this Agreement.

  • POSCO Power may open a Fuel Cell Stack Module or allow a Fuel Cell Stack Module to be opened if there occurs an emergency condition, at POSCO Power’s reasonable judgment, involving the Fuel Cell Stack Module that imperils human life or threatens substantial property damage or bodily harm.

  • The Fuel Cell Stack Module will be assembled and conditioned in the FCE Danbury, CT conditioning facility.

  • In this stage Buyer will complete the manufacture of DFC Modules using DFC Components Kits in POSCO Energy Fuel Cell Stack Module Manufacturing Facility.
