Full Performance definition

Full Performance means that the Facility is operating at a level required to produce and maintain an “Electricity Output” (as defined in the Power Purchase Agreement) sufficient to satisfy the “Output Guarantee” (as defined in the Power Purchase Agreement), as determined by Administrative Agent based upon reports provided by DAI.

Examples of Full Performance in a sentence

  • For this purpose an employee may receive discretionary salary of up to ten per cent (10%) of the Full Performance level.

  • The Contractor will make all other preparations necessary to begin performing the Work at all Facilities on the Full Performance Date.

  • The FTNTT Faculty member i) must have successfully completed at least one (1) Full Performance Review; and ii) must be serving at least the first year of a three-year term of annually renewable appointments, as described in Article X, at the time of the submitted request.

  • All continuing FTNTT Faculty members who have completed one (1) Full Performance Review are eligible to apply for funds from the Professional Development Excellence Pool.

  • The Phase-In Costs specified in this Agreement shall be the only costs the Judicial Council pays in relation to (i) the Contractor’s preparations for performing the Work, or (ii) any Work performed by Contractor prior to the Full Performance Date.

Related to Full Performance

  • Final Performance means the Final Valuation Price divided by the Initial Price(Settlement) each in respect of the Worst Performing Underlying Asset as calculated in respect of the Final Valuation Date. "Final Valuation Date" means 29 November 2027, subject to adjustment.

  • Total Performance means that the entire Work, except those items arising from the provisions of any warranty, have been performed in accordance with the Contract;
