Full Performance Date definition

Full Performance Date means July 1, 2020.
Full Performance Date means September 4, 2011.
Full Performance Date means the date on which the Facility has achieved and continuously maintained Full Performance for a period of six (6) consecutive months, as determined by Administrative Agent based upon reports provided by ▇▇▇.
