Fully Functional Operation definition

Fully Functional Operation means that the Leased Equipment is working according to all the Specifications, so that all of the functionalities of the Leased Equipment can be used;
Fully Functional Operation means that the Hardware is working in accordance with the Specifications, so that Canada can use all of the Hardware’s functionalities.

  • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program or "MS4 Program" means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations and the Act and attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.

  • Initial Operation means the first integral operation of the complete equipment covered under the Contract with the sub-system and supporting equipment in service or available for service.

  • Commercial Operation means the Conditions of Operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by TSECL to be available for continuous operation at different loads upto and including rated capacity. Such declaration by TSECL, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

  • Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;
