Functional Service Area definition

Functional Service Area means a reference to the aggregation of Services and Deliverables to be performed pursuant to a Functional Service Area Statement of Work.
Functional Service Area means each of the following portions of the Services: the Acme Services as a whole, the Replica Services as a whole; Maintenance and Support Services as a whole (i.e., for both the Acme Applications and Replica Applications), Development Services as a whole (i.e. for both the Acme and Replica Applications), Maintenance and Support Services for only the Acme Applications, Development Services for only the Acme Applications, Maintenance and Support Services for only the Replica Applications and Development Services for only the Replica Applications.
Functional Service Area means each of the areas defined in Schedule E in which Supplier will provide Services, (i.e., ).

  • Functional Service Area Means any subset or grouping of the MSI Services and Service Component (or any portion or combination thereof).

  • Within 30 days of receipt of such request, WMB will provide cost information for each Functional Service Area based on actual monthly allocations for the prior twelve months (the “Pricing”).

  • Depending on the Requirements of the Functional Service Area, these personnel could be dedicated to one service area, or responsible for multiple service areas.


More Definitions of Functional Service Area

Functional Service Area means each of the service areas identified in the applicable Supplement as a “Functional Service Area.”

Related to Functional Service Area

  • Service Area means the geographic area approved by the commissioner within which an issuer is authorized to offer a Medicare Select policy.

  • Service Areas means those areas within the Building used for stairs, elevator shafts, flues, vents, stacks, pipe shafts and other vertical penetrations (but shall not include any such areas for the exclusive use of a particular tenant).

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.
