Functionality Test means leak detection systems functionality testing pursuant to Rule 2206-02 of the Fire Department of the City of NY. The leak detection systems monitoring the underground liquid motor fuel storage systems shall be tested to confirm that all leak detection equipment and associated alarms are in good working order.
