Further Issue Date definition

Further Issue Date means each date on which any Further Preference Shares are issued in accordance with General Condition 5 (Further Preference Shares);
Further Issue Date means each day which shall be a Payment Date on which Further Notes are issued, provided that with respect to each existing Series of Notes such date shall in no event be later than the Payment Date immediately preceding the Series Revolving Period Expiration Date applicable to such Series (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, in respect of a Series of Notes, the first issuance of Notes of a particular Series).
Further Issue Date means each day which shall be a Payment Date on which Further Instruments are issued or advanced, as applicable , provided that with respect to each existing Instrument such date shall in no event be later than the Payment Date immediately preceding the Instrument Revolving Period Expiration Date applicable to such Instrument (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, in respect of a Series of Notes, the first issuance of Notes of a particular Series).

Examples of Further Issue Date in a sentence

  • On each Further Issue Date, such amount will be increased by an amount equal to 1.2 per cent.

  • Any amounts due as Subordinated Loan Increase Amount on any Further Issue Date shall be netted against any amounts due as Additional Receivables Purchase Price on such Further Issue Date.

  • On each Further Issue Date, such amount will be increased by an amount being equal to 1.20 per cent.

  • As of the Closing Date, the Initial Issue Date and any Further Issue Date, such interest will be comprised of the sum of the amounts deducted from any Initial Receivables Purchase Price or Additional Receivables Purchase Price, as the case may be, being the amounts required for overcollateralisation purposes and being equivalent to no less than 5 per cent.

  • Any amounts due as Subordinated Loan Increase Amount on any Further Issue Date shall be netted in accordance with clause 23 (Set-Off) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement.

Further Issue Date means each date upon which the Issuer issues Further PPNs constituted by a Further PPN Trust Deed.
