FUTURE CORE FEATURES definition

FUTURE CORE FEATURES means the Features that are agreed upon as of the date hereof (as evidenced by their listing on Schedule E-2 to Exhibit E attached hereto) or in the future by the Parties pursuant to Section 10.3.2 as necessary to maintain a common look and feel, and seamless subscriber service, between the AWS System and the ACC System, and which the Parties agree will be supported by both of their Systems, on the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in the same manner as the Core Features. Once implemented, a Future Core Feature shall be deemed a Core Feature for purposes of this Agreement.

FUTURE CORE FEATURES means the Features that are either listed on Schedule E-2 to Exhibit E or are agreed upon in the future by the Parties pursuant to Section 10.3.2 as necessary to maintain a common look and feel, and seamless subscriber service, between the AWS System and the Mercury System, and which the Parties agree will be supported by both of their Systems, on the terms and conditions of this Agreement, in the same manner as the Core Features.

Related to FUTURE CORE FEATURES

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • Commercial Features means those features that are identified as such in the Licensing Information User Manual – Oracle Java SE and Oracle Java Embedded Products Document, accessible at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/technetwork/java/javase/documentation/index.html, under the “Description of Product Editions and Permitted Features” section.

  • Non-Microsoft Product means any third-party-branded software, data, service, website or product, unless incorporated by Microsoft in a Product.

  • Core Curriculum Content Standards means the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.

  • Product Schedule means a product schedule documenting the specific terms and conditions applying to a Product as may be amended, updated or replaced from time to time (and includes any Electronic Platform Schedules);
