Future Land Use Element definition

Future Land Use Element. Means and refers to that section of either the Town's or 23 the County's Comprehensive Plan, which includes all of the requirements of Florida 24 Statutes, as the same may be amended or renumbered from time to time.
Future Land Use Element means that portion of a local comprehensive plan prepared pursuant to Section 163.3177(6)(a), F.S., and Rule 9J-5.006, F.A.C.
