General Resolution definition

General Resolution means the Multi-Family Housing Revenue Bonds Bond Resolution adopted by the Corporation on July 27, 1993, and any amendments thereof or supplements thereto made in accordance with its terms.
General Resolution means the Electric System General Revenue Bond Resolution adopted by the Authority on May 13, 1998, as supplemented and amended, including as supplemented by the GR Resolution, and as may be further amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms hereof and thereof.

General Resolution means the Clean Water Revenue Bond General Resolution adopted by the State of Wisconsin Building Commission, as such may from time to time be amended or supplemented by Series Resolutions or Supplemental Resolutions in accordance with the terms and provisions of the General Resolution.
