Examples of General Terms and Conditions of Purchase in a sentence

  • The “Agreement” means: (i) the applicable purchase order issued by Accenture; (ii) these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“General Terms”); and (iii) additional written agreements, if any, relating to the transaction signed by Accenture and the indicated provider such as a master agreement, statement of work or letter agreement (“Additional Agreements”).

  • Any confidentiality agreement to the contrary made before or after the inclusion of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall not be in conflict with this provision.

  • Such consent does not exonerate Supplier from any obligations pursuant to the Agreement, and Supplier shall ensure that all HESQ requirements and all of Buyer’s rights pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are made applicable and binding for all subcontractors.

  • Terms and conditions of the supplier that contradict supplement or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall not apply unless the PURCHASER agrees to their validity, expressly and in writing, in individual cases.

  • These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall apply even if the PURCHASER, being aware of terms and conditions of the supplier that contradict, supplement or deviate from these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

  • Seller's commencement of work on the goods and/or services subject to Purchase Order or other documents as a purchase order (“Purchase Order”) or shipment of such goods and/or services, whichever occurs first, shall be deemed an effective mode of acceptance of this General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (“GTP”).

  • In the event the Parties do not agree on such other terms and conditions referred to in clause (iii) of the preceding sentence, the terms and conditions contained in the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase attached as Appendix B hereto will apply.

  • These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Supplements thereto; 4.

  • These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (these “General Terms and Conditions” or this “Purchase Order”) apply to purchases by any direct and indirect subsidiaries, joint ventures and/or any other affiliated entities of WestRock Company (hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as “Buyer”).
