Energy Resource Interconnection Service allows Interconnection Customer to connect the Generating Facility to the Transmission System or the Distribution System.
Unless, in Interconnection Customer's reasonable judgment, immediate action is required, Interconnection Customer shall obtain the consent of Transmission Provider, such consent to not be unreasonably withheld, prior to performing any manual switching operations at the Generating Facility or Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities in response to an Emergency Condition either declared by Transmission Provider or otherwise regarding the Transmission System or Distribution System.
Interconnection Customer shall submit a completed copy of the Generating Facility data requirements in the form posted on Transmission Provider’s OASIS for Interconnection Requests.
Such protective equipment shall include, without limitation, a disconnecting device or switch with load-interrupting capability located between the Generating Facility and the Transmission System or Distribution System at a site selected upon mutual agreement (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) of the Parties.
Transmission Provider shall permit Interconnection Customer to operate the Generating Facility and Interconnection Customer's Interconnection Facilities if Transmission Provider determines such operation can occur safely and reliably in accordance with the results of such studies.
