Global Project definition

Global Project as defined in the Preamble of the Agreement.
Global Project means all the activities undertaken by the Parties in order to build, render operational and commercialize the Rail Baltica railway and related railway infrastructure in accordance with the agreed route, technical parameters and time schedule. „Implementing Bodies“ means OÜ Rail Baltic Estonia, SIA „Eiropas dzelzceļa līnijas“, UAB „Rail Baltica statyba", AB „Lietuvos geležinkeliai“ and Estonian Technical Regulatory Authority, as well as shall mean any other implementing body so designated by the Beneficiaries in CEF Grant Agreements in future.
