Examples of Global Residual Certificate in a sentence

  • All payments made to any such person (or in the case of a Global Note to or to the order of the Noteholder, or in the case of a Global Residual Certificate, to or to the order of the Residual Certificateholder) shall be valid and, to the extent of the sums so paid, effective to satisfy and discharge the liability for the moneys payable upon such Notes or Residual Certificates.

  • The Global Residual Certificate shall be signed manually or in facsimile by a person duly authorised by the Issuer on behalf of the Issuer and shall be authenticated, upon its delivery to the Common Safekeeper, by or on behalf of the Registrar.
