Global Security Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.15(c), which is required to be placed on all Global Securities issued under this Indenture.

Examples of Global Security Legend in a sentence

  • Securities issued in global form shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto (including the Global Security Legend thereon and the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Security” attached thereto).

  • Securities issued in definitive form shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit A attached hereto (but without the Global Security Legend thereon and without the “Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Security” attached thereto).

  • Each Global Security initially shall (i) be registered in the name of the Depositary for such Global Security or the nominee of such Depositary, (ii) be deposited with, or on behalf of, the Depositary or with the Trustee as custodian for such Depositary, (iii) bear the Global Security Legend and (iv) be dated the date of its authentication.

  • Any Global Security issued hereunder shall bear the Global Security Legend.

  • Securities issued in global form shall include the Global Security Legend contained in Exhibit A and the Schedule of Exchanges of Interests in the Global Security attached thereto.
