The business of the Company and its Subsidiaries shall not be conducted in violation of any law, ordinance or regulation of any Governmental Entity, except where such violations would not reasonably be expected to result, either individually or in the aggregate, in a Material Adverse Effect.
To the Knowledge of MLC, neither MLC nor any of its Subsidiaries is currently and has not in the last twenty-four (24) months been under investigation, or subject to any complaint, audit, proceeding, investigation, enforcement action, inquiry or claim, initiated by any (a) Governmental Entity, (b) state, federal, or foreign self-regulating body, or (c) Person regarding or alleging that the Processing of Personal Information by MLC or any of its Subsidiaries is in violation of any Privacy Commitment.

Neither the Company nor any of its Significant Subsidiaries is the subject of any order, writ, judgment, injunction, decree, determination or award of any Governmental Entity that would reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Since the Applicable Date, neither TURN nor any of its Subsidiaries has received any written notice from any Governmental Entity alleging any such ineligibility or disqualification described in this Section 3.29(c).
