Ground Storage definition

Ground Storage means that period where the Satellite is held on the ground for an extended period prior to Launch.
Ground Storage of a Satellite means a condition where the Satellite or its component parts are secured in a controlled environment for preservation on the ground.
Ground Storage of the Satellite means a condition where the Satellite or its component parts are secured in a controlled environment for preservation on the ground.

  • Shall be maintained with limits of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) for both Financial Responsibility Regulations for Under and Above Ground Storage Tank Systems and for third-party bodily injury and property damage from pollution conditions emanating from storage tanks.

  • Underground storage means storage of hazardous liquid in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.
