Group I Reimbursement Amount. As of any Payment Date, the sum of (x)(i) all Group I Insured Payments previously received by the Trustee and not previously repaid to the Certificate Insurer pursuant to Section 7.5(d)(ii)(C) or Section 7.5(d)(ii)(D) hereof plus (ii) interest accrued on each such Group I Insured Payment not previously repaid calculated at the Late Payment Rate from the date the Trustee received the related Group I Insured Payment to, but not including, such Payment Date and (y)

The Certificate Insurer shall notify the Trustee and the Sponsor of the amount of any Group I Reimbursement Amount.

The Trustee hereby agrees on behalf of each Owner of Group I Certificates and the Trust for the benefit of the Group I Insurer that it recognizes that to the extent the Group I Insurer makes Group I Insured Payments, either directly or indirectly (as by paying through the Trustee), to the Owners of such Group I Certificates, the Group I Insurer will be entitled to receive the Group I Reimbursement Amount pursuant to Sections 7.5(f).
