Group II Class A Principal Distribution Amount. With respect to any Distribution Date (i) prior to the Group II Stepdown Date or any Distribution Date on which a Group II Trigger Event exists, 100% of the Group II Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) on or after the Group II Stepdown Date where a Group II Trigger Event does not exist, the excess of (A) the Group II Class A Certificate Principal Balance immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (B) the lesser of (i) ____% of the Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the end of the immediately preceding Due Period and (II) the excess of the Stated Principal Balance of the Group II Mortgage Loans as of the end of the immediately preceding Due Period over $_________; provided, however, that in no event will the Group II Class A Principal Distribution Amount with respect to any Distribution Date exceed the Group II Class A Certificate Principal Balance.
