Group Master Contract definition

Group Master Contract means the legal agreement between the Group and BCBSAZ.

  • This Endorsement is not intended to and shall not be interpreted to grant any Member or Qualified Beneficiary any rights in excess of those required by the Group Master Contract and/or COBRA.

  • In the event there are any statutory and/or regulatory changes, revisions or modifications to COBRA, the Group Master Contract and this Endorsement shall be deemed to have been changed, revised or modified so as to comply with COBRA.

  • If your employer purchased this coverage outside of the Health Insurance Marketplace then if eligible, any Dependent in a Subscriber’s family who meets all the requirements of the Eligibility section of this Certificate Booklet, has enrolled in Alliant’s healthcare Plan, and is subject to Premium requirements set forth in the Group Master Contract.

  • Your benefits and rights are governed by the terms of the Group Master Contract providing the group benefit coverages and the Agreement between the University of Western Ontario and the Professional & Managerial Association (PMA).

  • If there is any conflict between this Certificate Booklet and the Group Master Contract, the Group Master Contract shall control.

  • If your employer purchased this coverage outside of the Health Insurance Marketplace, then this Certificate Booklet in conjunction with the Group Master Contract, the Group Master Contract Application, the Alliant Formulary, any amendments or riders, your Identification Card and your Application for Enrollment constitutes the entire Contract.

  • When a Certificate is endorsed as an Individual Retirement Annuity under Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code, the following provisions will apply regardless of any provisions to the contrary in this Group Master Contract.

  • If there is any conflict between either this Certificate Booklet or the Group Master Contract and any amendment or rider, the amendment or rider shall control.
