Guaranteed Functionality definition

Guaranteed Functionality is defined in Section 1.2.

Examples of Guaranteed Functionality in a sentence

  • Contractor shall give State prompt notice if Contractor becomes aware of a material defect in any Deliverables or the performance of any Services or any issue that may affect Contractor’s ability to implement the Solution, including all Guaranteed Functionality and Guaranteed Performance, in accordance with the timeline required by this Agreement.

  • At all times during the Term Contractor shall retain sufficient number of Contractor Personnel, with the required skills, to meet the ongoing needs of State and ensure that Contractor achieves the timely implementation of the Solution, including the Guaranteed Functionality and Guaranteed Performance.

  • Within ten (10) business days of its receipt of the Functional Requirements, Contractor shall deliver to State a written proposal (each a “Contractor System Proposal”) which shall thereupon become part of the Guaranteed Functionality and be attached to the applicable Solution Order.

Related to Guaranteed Functionality

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Obligation Characteristics means any one or more of Not Subordinated, Specified Currency, Not Sovereign Lender, Not Domestic Currency, Not Domestic Law, Listed and Not Domestic Issuance, and:

  • School function means any school-sponsored extra-curricular event or activity.

  • Governmental function means an activity that is expressly or impliedly mandated or authorized by constitution, statute, local charter or ordinance, or other law. Governmental function includes an activity performed on public or private property by a sworn law enforcement officer within the scope of the law enforcement officer's authority, as directed or assigned by his or her public employer for the purpose of public safety.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response.
