Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices or “HICP” means the EU- Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (Ireland) maintained by the Republic of Ireland's Central Statistical Office;

  • For all Agreements entered into by Carbon+Alt+Delete and a Customer with a foreign registered seat, i.e., outside of Belgium, the Annual License Fees may be increased (and never decreased) each year in January in accordance with the Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices for the Euro area (HICP, see index here).
