High Capacity Loop definition

High Capacity Loop means a Loop of DS1 or higher capacity, and is further described in Section 9.

  • Until CLEC provides a self-certification for High-Capacity Loops and/or Transport for such wire center designations, CLEC will not submit High Capacity Loop and/or Transport orders based on the wire center designation, and if no self-certification is provided will transition its affected High-Capacity Loops and/or Transport in accordance with the applicable transition period.

  • Qwest, in Provisioning High Capacity Loop facilities to CLEC, must make the same Routine Network Modifications to its existing Loop facilities that it makes for its own End User Customers.

  • During the pendency of any dispute resolution proceeding, SBC shall continue to provide the High- Capacity Loop or Transport facility in question to CLEC at the rates in the Pricing Appendix to the Agreement.

  • Contract Capacity has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(f).

  • Project Capacity means the AC capacity of the project at the generating terminal(s) and to be contracted with MSEDCL for supply from the Solar Power Project.
