Hosted Server definition

Hosted Server means hardware owned and operated solely by QAD which is used to store and execute PSC Software.
Hosted Server means a server which resides in CMTG’s data centre, whether it be a physical server or a virtual server. Insolvency Event means the occurrence of any of these events in respect of the Client an order is made that it be wound up; or
Hosted Server means the server provided by Relias or its agent through which users access the hosted training application.
