You do not acquire any ownership interest in or right to possess the Hosted System, and you have no right of physical access to the Hosted System.
As between the parties and subject to the grants in this Agreement, Arcserve owns all right, title and interest in and to: (i) the Services, the Arcserve UDP Cloud Direct Client Software, and any other software provided by Arcserve for your use of the Services; (ii) the Hosted System; (iii) any work product developed by Arcserve as a result of the performance of the Services and/or the Support; and (iv) any and all Intellectual Property Rights embodied therein.
