HPC Services Business Segment means the high performance computing services for artificial intelligence applications, as conducted immediately prior to the Distribution Date directly or indirectly by the Bit Digital Group and HPC Group.

  • WhiteFiber will give Bit Digital and its Affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives, as reasonably requested by Bit Digital, reasonable access, during regular business hours and at such other times as are reasonably required, to the systems, premises, equipment, facilities, and data of the HPC Services Business Segment for the purposes of providing the Bit Digital Services.

  • The Service Recipient will use the Services in substantially the same manner and on substantially the same scale as they were used by such Party and its Affiliates in the past practice of the Digital Assets Business or the HPC Services Business Segment, as applicable, prior to the Reorganization.

  • Business Day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, any day which is a federal legal holiday in the United States or any day on which banking institutions in the State of New York are authorized or required by law or other governmental action to close.
