HSE Data definition

HSE Data is defined in Section 14.2 below.
HSE Data has the meaning set forth in Section 12.2 (Material Safety Compliance).
HSE Data means the Safety Data Sheets provided by Trefoil and the health, safety and environmental information which is jointly provided by the Buyer to its employees, users and customers.

Examples of HSE Data in a sentence

  • Seller shall furnish HSE Data to, and otherwise inform, Seller’s nominated vessel of all such risks, and the Master shall advise and instruct all crew, seamen and employees about the hazards, if any, associated with Biodiesel and the safe and proper methods of handling and storing Biodiesel.

  • Seller shall not be entitled to rely upon such HSE Data as being an inclusive presentation of all potential health, safety and environmental risks associated with the Biodiesel to be Delivered.

  • Compliance by the Seller with recommendations in HSE Data shall not excuse the Seller from its obligations under Article XIV and this Section 12.2.

  • Following HSE Data Security Guidance to ensure that the necessary measures are taken to protect personal data.

  • The HSE Personal Data shall be Processed by the Provider for as long as necessary and in accordance with the HSE Data Retention Policy (which may be amended from time to time).

  • SPECIFY FURTHER PROCESSING HSE Data is not further processed beyond original purposes for which it is received.


More Definitions of HSE Data

HSE Data means: the data, text, drawings, diagrams, images or sounds (together with any database made up of any of these) which are embodied in any electronic, magnetic, optical or tangible media, including any HSE’s Confidential Information, and which are: supplied to the Provider by or on behalf of HSE; and/or which the Provider is required to generate, process, store or transmit pursuant to this Agreement; and any Personal Data for which HSE is the Data Controller; and the items listed as HSE Data in Schedule 18.

Related to HSE Data

  • Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service, which may include, without limitation, Personal Data (but shall not include the Personal Data of Your Agents in the context of Account Information as described in the Privacy Policy).

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.
