Hydrocarbon Code definition

Hydrocarbon Code has the meaning ascribed thereto in the Preamble.
Hydrocarbon Code means, with respect to any Interest, whichever of (a) Decree Law No. 85-9 dated 14 September 1985 or (b) Decree Law No. 99-93 dated 17 August 1999 is applicable thereto;
Hydrocarbon Code means Petroleum Code (Law No. 98-05 dated 8 January 1998) as modified and completed;

  • Such amendments or modifications shall not become effective until they have been approved by a joint order issued in accordance with the Hydrocarbon Code.

  • All administrative documents and correspondence foreseen in the Hydrocarbon Code, the Petroleum Agreement and this Contract will be in French, while technical data and documents may be established either in French or in English.

  • The notices which have to be given in accordance with the Hydrocarbon Code and with this Contract shall be made in writing and notified by telegram or facsimile at the choice and charge of the sender, and confirmed by registered letter acknowledging receipt and shall become effective upon the receipt of the first of these means of transmission.

  • The Parties shall be bound by the control procedures set out by the Hydrocarbon Code for all their activities relating to Exploration Works and to Development and Exploitation Works.

  • Each of the Parties, their contractors and sub-contractors shall benefit from the customs regime specified in Sections 50, 51 and 52 of the Hydrocarbon Code.

  • ONHYM and Kosmos Energy note that the mining and hydrocarbon sectors in Morocco are liberalized and that the exploration and production of hydrocarbon natural resources adheres to international principles and standards, to relevant national legislation, including the Exploration Code, the Hydrocarbon Code and environmental law.

  • All notices which must, or may, be given in accordance with the Hydrocarbon Code and this Agreement, shall be made in writing in English, and in French where such notice is required to be sent to the Minister in charge of Energy or any other ministerial department and delivered in person or by registered post or by courier post or electronic means of transmitting written communications with confirmation of receipt, and addressed to the Parties noted below.

Related to Hydrocarbon Code

  • Hydrocarbons means oil, gas, casinghead gas, drip gasoline, natural gasoline, condensate, distillate, liquid hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbons and all products refined or separated therefrom.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • Hydrocarbon Interests means all rights, titles, interests and estates now or hereafter acquired in and to oil and gas leases, oil, gas and mineral leases, or other liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon leases, mineral fee interests, overriding royalty and royalty interests, net profit interests and production payment interests, including any reserved or residual interests of whatever nature.

  • Oil means petroleum in any form including crude oil, fuel oil, sludge, oil refuse and refined products (other than petrochemicals which are subject to the provisions of Annex II of the present Convention) and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes the substances listed in Appendix I to this Annex.

  • Oil and Gas Leases means all leases, subleases, licenses or other occupancy or similar agreements (including any series of related leases with the same lessor) under which a Person leases, subleases or licenses or otherwise acquires or obtains rights to produce Hydrocarbons from real property interests.
