  • In the event IBM takes such action, Provider may provide a counter notice to IBM and IBM will, in its sole discretion, restore the Products to the IBM Platform.

  • This Agreement and applicable attachments supersede any prior agreements, discussions or representations regarding Provider’s participation in an IBM Platform.
