Contractor, Contractor’s employees and Contractor’s subcontractors must complete the following in order to obtain an Airport-Issued Security Identification Badge (ID Badge).
The Contractor’s personnel requiring access to the Airfield Operations Area and/or the Secured Area shall obtain and display an Airport Identification Badge, with appropriate access, driving authority, and AOA access as applicable, when in any of these controlled areas and comply with all requirements for security access.
The Identification Badge shall not contain any Personal Information, as defined by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, other than the employee’s photo and first name.
All employees will be furnished with an Identification Badge in a form determined by the Employer.
The Identification Badge must be properly displayed in accordance with the Employer’s requirements.
Each employee will be furnished an Identification Badge on date of hire.
Any individual who is not properly displaying an Airport Security Identification Badge should be questioned in a non-threatening manner.
The employee/applicant is also required to attend an Airport Security Training Session prior to the issuance of an Airport Security Identification Badge.
No event has occurred nor does any condition exist which, with the giving of notice or passage of time or both, could reasonably result in an assertion of any claim for benefits or an early termination of the SERP.
