Identified contract definition

Identified contract means a contract that the assessor determines involves access or the substantial possibility of access to the bureau's information technology systems or to confidential tax information. [PL 2019, c. 607, Pt. D, §3 (NEW).]
Identified contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(a).
Identified contract means the Contract listed as item 1 on Section A-7 of the Disclosure Schedule.
