IFC Performance Standards definition

IFC Performance Standards has the meaning provided in Section 1.2(b)(iii).
IFC Performance Standards means the Performance Standards on Environmental and Social Sustainability of the International Finance Corporation, as in effect from time to time.

  • Unless MCC and the Government agree otherwise in writing, the Government shall ensure that all Projects and Activities undertaken, funded, or otherwise supported in whole or in part (directly or indirectly) by MCC Funding under the Compact comply with the Environmental Guidelines, including the environmental and social performance standards set forth in the IFC Performance Standards that have been incorporated by reference into the Environmental Guidelines.

  • The EHS Plan shall set out the health, safety and environment policies, guidelines and procedures to be followed by the Concessionaire in undertaking the Project and shall include a comprehensive Site safety assurance plan, developed in accordance with Applicable Laws, Applicable Permits, the Technical Standards, the EHS Standards (including specifically, the IFC Performance Standards) and Good Industry Practices.
