ILAN Program Terms definition

ILAN Program Terms means this Agreement and applicable amendments and transaction documents provided by Lenovo, including but not limited to any policies concerning backup, sub-capacity pricing, and migration. The rights and obligations set forth in this Section 11 remain in effect during the period the Program is licensed to Licensee, and for two years thereafter.

Examples of ILAN Program Terms in a sentence

  • Licensee is responsible for 1) ensuring that it does not exceed its Authorized Use, and 2) remaining in compliance with ILAN Program Terms.
