Impartiality Undertaking definition

Impartiality Undertaking means the undertaking in the form set out in Part 5 of the Employee Schedule (Pro Forma Impartiality Undertaking);
Impartiality Undertaking means the Impartiality Undertaking attached to the Site M&O Contract as Part 5 (Impartiality Undertaking) of Schedule 4 (Employee Schedule);
