Implementation Costs definition

Implementation Costs means the costs for the Implementation Administrator, which shall be paid for pursuant to subsection VI.C.

Implementation Costs are the Court-approved administrative costs associated with implementing this Agreement, including the fees and costs of the Track A and Track B Neutrals, the Claims Administrator, costs incurred under Section VIII.A.3, and the costs necessary to provide notice of this Agreement to the Class. With the exception of the costs incurred under Section VIII.A.3, Implementation Costs do not include (1) attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses, (2) the costs and expenses associated with preparing and/or submitting claims on behalf of individual Claimants, (3) the fees, expenses, and costs of the Ombudsman (“Ombudsman Costs”), and (4) costs and expenses incurred by Class Counsel in the performance of their duties under this Agreement.

Implementation Costs are the administrative costs associated with implementing this Settlement Agreement, including the fees and costs associated with the work of the Claims Administrator and the costs necessary to provide notice of this Settlement Agreement to the Class. OPM will be responsible for the payment of Implementation Costs. Implementation Costs do not include reasonable attorney fees and other litigation costs and expenses reasonably incurred by Class Counsel. Peraton will have no responsibilities, obligations, or liability whatsoever with respect to Implementation Costs.

Implementation Costs means the sum of all or part of the actual total costs to install or implement Measures that result in Completed Units.

Implementation Costs means costs unique to each Participant for the installation and/or implementation of a Resource.

Implementation Costs. , as used herein, means those costs the Contractor incurs to make the contractual changes required by the City's acceptance of a VECP. Such costs will be subject to City audit.

Implementation Costs means any professional fees and expenses related to the Sixth Amendment and Restatement Agreement and the Amendment and Restatement Agreements.

Implementation Costs are the administrative costs associated with implementing this Settlement Agreement, including the fees and costs of the Track A and Track B Neutrals, the Track B Expert, the Claims Administrator, costs incurred under Section IX, and the costs necessary to provide notice of this Settlement Agreement to the Class. With the exception of those specified above, Implementation Costs do not include attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses.

Implementation Costs. Implementation costs for all Network Elements set forth in this Attachment will be determined and recovered as specified in Attachment 8.
