Implementation Costs definition

Implementation Costs means the costs for the Implementation Administrator, which shall be paid for pursuant to subsection VI.D.

More Definitions of Implementation Costs

Implementation Costs are the administrative costs associated with implementing this Settlement Agreement, including the fees and costs associated with the work of the Claims Administrator and the costs necessary to provide notice of this Settlement Agreement to the Class. OPM will be responsible for the payment of Implementation Costs. Implementation Costs do not include reasonable attorney fees and other litigation costs and expenses reasonably incurred by Class Counsel. Peraton will have no responsibilities, obligations, or liability whatsoever with respect to Implementation Costs.
Implementation Costs means the sum of all or part of the actual total costs to install or implement Measures that result in Completed Units.
