Implementing Agreement definition

Implementing Agreement or “IA” means the “Implementing Agreement for the East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan,” dated January 22, 2007.
Implementing Agreement means a plan, order, memorandum of agreement, or other enforceable document issued by the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality under provisions of the Arkansas Hazardous Waste Management Act (A.C.A. § 8-7-201 et seq.), or the Arkansas Remedial Action Trust Fund Act (A.C.A. § 8-7-501 et seq.) or the Arkansas Voluntary Clean-Up Act (A.C.A. § 8-7-1101 et seq.), to implement the voluntary cleanup process described in § 8-7-1104;
Implementing Agreement means the January 22, 2007, Implementing Agreement for the East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservation Plan/Natural Community Conservation Plan by and between East Contra Costa County Habitat Conservancy, County of Contra Costa, City of Pittsburg, City of Clayton, City of Oakley, City of Brentwood, Contra Costa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, East Bay Regional Park District, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, and California Department of Fish and Game.

  • Under no circumstances shall an engineer be permitted to receive more than one (1) “in lieu of” relocation allowance under this Implementing Agreement.
