Imported Input Electricity definition

Imported Input Electricity means, in respect of a Generating Station, all electricity (expressed in MWh) imported from the Transmission System or from a Distribution System to that Generating Station, as measured at the Boundary Point; “Income, Profits or Gains” includes any income, profits or gains which are deemed to be earned, accrued or received by the Generator for the purposes of any Tax;
Imported Input Electricity has the meaning given to that term in the Standard Terms;
Imported Input Electricity means, in respect of a Generating Station, all electricity (expressed in MWh) imported from the Electricity Transmission System or from an Electricity Distribution System to that Generating Station, as measured at the Boundary Point;

Related to Imported Input Electricity

  • Electricity means the electrical energy in kilowatt-hours.

  • Electricity Supply Code means the Electricity Supply Code specified under section 50;

  • Electricity supplier means any person, including aggregators, market aggregators, brokers, and marketers, offering to sell electricity to retail customers in the state of Montana.

  • Finished Services means complete end-to-end services offered by CenturyLink to wholesale customers or retail End User Customers. Finished Services do not include Unbundled Network Elements or combinations of Unbundled Network Elements. Finished Services include Access Services, private lines, retail services, and resold services.

  • Electricity Laws means the Electricity Act, 2003 and the relevant rules, notifications, and amendments issued there under and all other Laws in effect from time to time and applicable to the development, financing, construction, ownership, operation or maintenance or regulation of electric generating companies and Utilities in India, the rules, regulations and amendments issued by CERC/ MERC from time to time.
